    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I am the Member for Tharaka Constituency. I thank God this afternoon for giving us this opportunity to have the debate on the President’s Address. Congratulations to Hon. Deputy Speaker for being elected to that office. I thank the people of Tharaka for electing me to be their MP for the first time. It was difficult, especially coming from one of the oldest party in Kenya – the Democratic Party (DP) – and being alone. In view of the fact that I am part of the Jubilee fraternity, I got the worth.
