    "content": "In a special way, I also want to congratulate the leaders of Marsabit County. We worked so hard together and delivered over 90 per cent of the votes of that country to Jubilee. The leaders of the Jubilee Party and the Frontier Alliance, which is an affiliate of the Jubilee Party, ensured that it did not only deliver over 90 per cent of the votes to the President but also ensured that all the elective seats, from governor to Member of County Assembly (MCA), only went to Jubilee and its affiliate party, the Frontier Alliance. This is a zone which was largely dominated by the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) during the 11th Parliament as you will recall, Hon. Deputy Speaker, since we served together here. Again, on 17th October, the people must, once more, stand up to be counted as we ensure that our President is re-elected."
