    "content": "there is no leadership vacuum. As you can see, Hon. Deputy Speaker, I am standing on their side and I want to tell them that there is no vacuum even in this august House. Indeed, all the seats on this side of the House will be occupied by Jubilee Members in the event they do not take them up. Finally, despite the fact that the ruling of the Supreme Court went against the President’s expectations, he chose to ensure that there is peace in this country. I want to quote one of the USA Congressmen called Lamar Smith who said, “Judicial abuse occurs when judges substitute their own political views for the law”. I rest my case. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
