    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. As you have rightly put it, it is very unfortunate that no member from district number one in Kenya has been given a chance to speak. I am glad that you have given me this chance so that at least Baringo does not go without someone speaking today. I also take this opportunity, like the rest of my colleagues, to congratulate you for your election in this House. I congratulate my colleagues for having made it to this House. I want to take this opportunity to also thank the people of Baringo County for entrusting me with the job of representing them in this House, and more so for seeing it better to have me for a change.
