Deputy Speaker, on behalf of the Leader of the Majority Party, I beg to lay the following Papers on the Table: The Quarterly Economic Budgetary Review for the Fourth Quarter of the Financial Year 2016/2017 from the National Treasury. The County Governments Budget Implementation Review Report for the first nine months of the Financial Year 2016/2017 from the Office of the Controller of Budget. The National Government Budget Implementation Review Report for the third quarter of the Financial Year 2016/2017 from the Office of the Controller of Budget, pursuant to Article 228(6) of the Constitution. The Report of the Auditor-General and Financial Statements in respect of the following institutions for the year ended 30th June 2016 and the certificates therein: (i) Kenya Utalii College; and, (ii) Center for Mathematics, Science and Technology Education in Africa. The Annual Reports and Financial Statements in respect of the following institutions for the year ended 30th June 2016: (i) Kenya Nuclear Electricity Board; (ii) The Jomo Kenyatta Foundation; (iii) The Commission on Administrative Justice; (iv) Agricultural Finance Corporation; and, (v) Kenya Airports Authority.
