    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I said in this House last week that there has been a wave of criminal activities within Kimilili and Kiminini. I promised that those police officers who have overstayed, meaning, that those who have stayed for three years and above will be transferred and new officers with new ideas posted. If you go to Kimilili today, you will see police officers. I will post more police officers to the area if there is need. That is why I will establish an AP camp in Brigodia so that the APs can also carry out patrols in order to reduce crime in the area."
