    "content": "I hope you have not eaten into my time. Let me take this opportunity to congratulate you again especially for having been elected unopposed. We know there is a possibility of President Uhuru Kenyatta being elected unopposed on 17th October. I would also like to thank the Jubilee Party for giving me this opportunity to represent persons with disabilities as a nominated Member. I also thank the six million Kenyans with disability who I have been leading as a chairman for three years before I retired voluntarily last year. I would also like to thank the 11th Parliament for having been the first Parliament to implement devolution. It was not an easy task. For those Members who were there, we say “thank you very much”. I congratulate them, especially our Leader of the Majority Party, Hon. Aden Duale and the rest of the leadership of the House even in the minority. On the President’s Speech, I can only compare it to the speech of Martin Luther King Jnr.
