    "content": "kind of parliament which we do not understand. They are being remote-controlled by fellows that are not Members of Parliament. These are just principals. I do not know whether they are principals of high schools or whatever they call themselves. The Members are being remote-controlled. The most unfortunate thing is that they are here every day – loitering around this place, signing in so that we do not invoke the rule that a seat is declared vacant if one does not attend eight consecutive sittings. Sometimes it is because the food here is a bit cheaper. That is why we see them loitering around during lunchtime. They should represent their electorates. As the Member from Gilgil has said, I want to assure Kenyans that they are totally represented in this House because this House and the Jubilee Party has a representation from across the 47 counties. We also have representation from both genders, persons with disabilities and the youth. We have the youngest Member who is 23 years old. So, let them not worry at all."
