    "content": "putting more emphasis on doing it peacefully. I expected the President to dwell on farmers particularly tea farmers who I largely represent. There has been an issue of fluctuating tea prices and bonuses. We expected that he was going to mention something about it, but all is not lost for tea farmers. We are going to use all the available forums and work together with the relevant Ministries including research officers known to us and even international researchers so that we can ensure that we not only get the best prices, but also get maximum produce from our farms. I would also want to compare and contrast the Speech of the President with the one of some elders yesterday. They referred to this honourable House as a Jubilee Parliamentary Group which is quite regrettable. To me, some of these elders are people we have been looking up to and they are misguiding the public. In fact, if NASA Members are honest that this House is unconstitutional, I expect them to forego their salaries at the end of this month if they mean well for their people. If they feel we are not doing what is right, we expect them to forego their salaries. Otherwise, I wish Members all the best as we represent the people of this country. Thank, you Hon.
