    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I will find another place to do my hawking. I want to go direct to the Presidential Address. I will make reference to the first paragraph of the President’s Speech. He thanked the Almighty God for having given us this country with all its goodies and the peace we are enjoying for free. Before coming to this House, I was working as a regional peace maker. I have had the opportunity to provide my services in the 47 counties of this county. I have had an opportunity to preach peace in nearly all the countries in this region. There could be some people who may not know that other places are not as safe as Nairobi. It is good for all of us to know that there are many men and women out there who work very hard, day and night, to ensure that there is peace in this country. I remember the days when I used to visit a place called Todonyang in Turkana and I would find police officers who used to tell me that they would occasionally be invaded by the Merille from Ethiopia while on duty to secure the peace of this country."
