    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker for this opportunity. I want to thank Allah, the Almighty, who has given me this opportunity to be here in the 12th Parliament. I also want to thank my constituents who overwhelmingly decided that I become their leader in the 12th Parliament. There is obviously importance in their decision which was decisive. I also want to thank the President for his Speech. It was based on observance of the laws of the land and acceptance of the decision of the Supreme Court. He acknowledges that the laws of the land stand. The decision of the people of the land has also been quite clear that they elected him overwhelmingly on 8th August 2017. I am sure on 17th October 2017 the same decision will be made loud and clear. It is also important to note that as the custodian of the law of the land, the President has acknowledged that this country has decided to ensure that the The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
