    "content": "On a light note, the Member for Mwea has said that he might be coming with some Basmati Rice in this place to trade. I might be walking with some cows into the Chamber - on a light note – from my livestock herders. We feed the country with meat and, therefore, we need to support the communities of herders through trade to improve their livelihoods. With those remarks, I thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity."
