    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not agree with the hon. Member that there is an upsurge of insecurity in the City. In any case, the level of insecurity in the City has gone down. Right now we have new equipment which the police officers use to track down criminals. We are also being assisted by Airtel Kenya and Safaricom to arrest criminals. As far as I am concerned as the Assistant Minister in charge of Internal Security, there is no upsurge in crime in the City. In fact, crime has gone down a bit within Nairobi. We also want to do a replica in other cities and towns like Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru and Eldoret. My officers are doing a commendable job and we need to support them in order for crime levels to go down."
