"content": "largely semi-arid and, therefore, the issue of water is very important. Also, the issue of youth and women empowerment is another area which my constituents want me to address and, therefore, in the coming five years, I hope I will be able to assist in that particular direction. Concerning our fellow Opposition Members of Parliament, they seem not to be really assisting their members. When they say the President is not legally in place, they are actually going against the Constitution. If you look at the Constitution very clearly, it says that there will be no lacuna or a state where we have no President. It is very clear that the President is legally in place. Even after the Supreme Court nullified his re-election, he still has the powers to constitute Parliament. I wish they would come and represent their people in this august House. I would like to thank you for giving me this opportunity. In the coming days, I will continue to deliberate and participate fully in the deliberations of this House."
