As far as Wanjiku is concerned, she is the connoisseur of who should be president. She is the keeper of the sovereignty of this country. The phrase in the preamble of the Constitution, “we, the people,” encompasses Wanjiku . She is the symbolic head. She is the chief justice of this country because she represents the people as opposed to a party which purports to live in a box and one that does see the wishes of the Kenyan people. Elections are not about transmission of votes, but it is about people who are represented by Wanjiku ."
