    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. First I want to thank the people of Malava for electing me and having faith in my leadership. I want to appreciate them because they voted for me on the Jubilee ticket and yet, as you are aware, that is a National Super Alliance (NASA) stronghold. I thank the people of Malava for giving me 20,000 votes which they also gave me in 2013 when the area was dominantly an Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) stronghold then. I thank the people of Malava."
