May I take this opportunity and, indeed, it is my singular honour to thank each and every individual who voted for me to be in this august House. I thank all of them. It is me, the only human soul alive, who defeated the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, Hon. Samuel Chepkong’a. The will of the people was expressed and it was, indeed, respected. That is why I am standing here today to contribute."
