    "content": "The President spoke on health issues and he said that we have a duty as a nation to ensure that the quality of health is given to all regardless of your social or economic status, so that when any of us has a need for medical services, he or she is able to access it without having to look back and ask: “Where am I going to get this money to pay for my medical needs?” As a former teacher, I cannot emphasise more on the need for quality education. The only opportunity that the son of a peasant has to compete with the son of a king is through education. We know good education is costly. When we have a Government thinking of ensuring that every child who needs education is not only getting it, but is going to get quality education, that is the beginning of development in an economy; that is the beginning of development in any country. We support the President for that vision. We are going to vote for him to the last man. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
