I therefore urge the relevant ministries to take this matter seriously and provide the necessary assistance to my people, especially as we prepare for the presidential election. In order to have a lasting solution to this perennial conflict among the pastoralist communities, I think it is worth to invest in technological gadgets similar to the ones used on vehicles for purposes of tracking them when they are stolen, so that we can track the animals whenever they are stolen. It is high time that the ministries in charge of livestock and internal security worked hand in hand to invest in the latest technology to stamp out the menace of cattle rustling. Thank you, Hon.
