"content": "building might collapse. Similarly, the President knows that this country cannot stand together without some key pillars that he highlighted in his refreshing Speech. He spoke about the rule of law. What I like about our President is that he leads by example. We all know that a few years ago, he was summoned - like he reminded us the other day - to go to a foreign court which he willingly obeyed and submitted himself to. So, we should do likewise. The Speech was refreshing because he spoke about women empowerment. I am happy that from Kirinyaga we have produced a woman governor and we are going to support that. It is refreshing because he spoke about the sovereignty of the people of Kenya, unity and peace. These are the ideals that we should cherish, live for and make this country great. Hon. Deputy Speaker, I am happy that yesterday you ruled and made it possible for this country to plough on, regardless of who is in the House or not. Thank you."
