    "content": "I want to take this early opportunity to thank God, the Almighty for making it possible for me to be in the august House. I also want to thank the people of Mandera East for voting for me as their Member of Parliament because I was their Deputy Governor in devolution. The President’s Speech was a safe man’s speech. He pointed out the role played by young men and women of Kenya in nation building. The youth make over 75 per cent of the Kenyan population and it is only wise that we appreciate the role they play in nation building."
