    "content": "As a pastoralist and an elected leader from a community or region which has been neglected in the past, I only want to hear someone who will tell us that he will tarmack our roads, drill boreholes for our livestock and our people, build schools and employ more teachers. We do not want leaders who say, “If it is not me, then the country will not go ahead”. I am very sure the pastoralist communities in this country will be behind him on 17th October 2017."
