But according to the directives which are given and this time on 5th May, 2010, the food was supposed to be distributed by the District Food Security Committee. How would a young man, who is just about 24 years, take the maize and sell 64 bags whereas the food was in the hands of the District Security and Food Committee as directed by this Ministry?"
