    "content": " Thank you Hon. Deputy Speaker, for this opportunity. As you realise, this is the first time I am addressing this Parliament. I know in the history of this country there has never been another Mukurino addressing Parliament. So, I am very happy and delighted. I want to thank God and thank the people of Runyenjes Constituency for voting for me. Their decision was a message of the trust that they have in me. I want to confirm to them that I will serve them diligently and faithfully. I also want to congratulate you and the Speaker for being elected to lead this House."
