    "content": "In the last Session of Parliament between 2013 and now, there are many issues that were raised concerning the running of county governments. We hope that people have now learnt. More systems need to be put in place so that funds that are sent to the counties are put to proper use for the people to benefit and for this country to develop. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with those few remarks I beg to support."
