    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I was just wondering whether it is in order for the Leader of the Majority Party to refer to Sen. Wetangula as the Leader of the Minority Party in the Senate while we know very well that they have not submitted their list. Secondly, he is the only Member of his party who has been elected to the Senate. Therefore, if he becomes the Leader of the Minority Party, he will be a leader of himself and not of the party. He is the only Member of his party who has been elected to the Senate. Therefore, he may not be a Leader of the Minority Party."
