If the Registrar of Political Parties can write a letter to seek compliance, why can the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs not write a letter to all State Officers to simply tell them that they are not required under the new Constitution to have money and accounts abroad. Could they start complying? What is so difficult about doing that?"
