    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the language was very clear. We will have an election which will be conducted by IEBC within 60 days from 1st September 2017. There was no provision in that ruling where the Judges of the Supreme Court assigned the IEBC to arbitrate the grumbling, yawning, dreaming and the screaming by our colleagues in the Opposition. The Supreme Court said we conduct a fresh presidential election supervised by the IEBC. So, if you are having problems in understanding what they said, we need to tell you what it was. This country has a very good institution called the Judiciary which has come up with an unprecedented ruling in Africa, which is the third such ruling in the world.
