    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. My name is Hon. Kulow Maalim Hassan, Member for Banissa. I begin by thanking the people of Banissa Constituency for electing me to this august House. This has been long overdue in the sense that I have looked for this position for the last 25 years. This is quarter a century. The people of Banissa said that after a quarter of a century I should represent them. I am greatly humbled and I will live to that expectation."
