    "content": "Let me applaud His Excellency because of the Speech that he made the other day. He captured the aspirations of the Kenyan people and the mood of the country at this particular moment. He talked about peace, security and respect for the rule of law. He applauded the gains made by the women of this country and the young people. A good number of women have made it to this august House."
