I also want to thank the people of Kigumo for finding it fit to elect me as their representative in this House. I promise to serve them with humility. I will listen to their needs and take Kigumo a notch higher. Hon. Speaker, I also want to take this opportunity to congratulate you for being re-elected for a second term as Speaker of this august House together with your Deputy, Hon. Cheboi. I also want to congratulate the members of the House leadership, that is, the Leader of the Majority Party and the Majority Whip, for being elected into those positions."
