The reason is the development he has brought to this country, for example, infrastructure, energy and the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF). Today, people are doing their dialysis for free and having kidney transplants which are paid for by NHIF! We all knew about NHIF, but we did not know what it was doing until President Kenyatta came into power."
