"content": " On a point of order Mr. Speaker, Sir. I understand the frustrations of my friend, Sen. Mwaura, having come from the ‘Lower’ House. We take matters of persons with disability very seriously in this House. This House is not a House of majoritarianism; this House is about equality of counties. We passed the Constitution knowing that we have 47 equal counties. Kiambu County cannot have undue advantage by virtue of Sen. Wamatangi and Sen. Mwaura having an extra vote.
