    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I stand to second this Procedural Motion. I wish to congratulate my colleagues who were elected to this August House. Secondly, I wish to congratulate you for being elected to this House as the Speaker of the Senate. I believe that we left a lot of pending Bills and matters in the last Session that we need to pick up in this particular Session. I hope and believe that Members are up to the task. We should be able to pick up the pending matters so that we facilitate our operations as Senators and also ensure that devolution is up and running. Without much ado, I second."
