    "content": "overwhelming number of voters. They are here in their own right. It gives me great encouragement that Sen. Dullo was elected. It gives hope to the 18 nominated women Senators here that it is not enough to be nominated. It gives you a way to come back as an elected Member. Sen. Dullo comes from a pastoralist area with great marginalization. She has broken the ceiling. This is an encouragement for all women Senators that they can go for any seat in this House - except mine."
