    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to speak to the Address of His Excellency the President of the Republic of Kenya. This is also my maiden speech in this august House, having come from the National Assembly. It is a very unfamiliar territory because some of us used to be involved in the contestation as to which is the Upper and the Lower House. I honestly did not have any intention of coming to this House but I have found myself here. Sometimes, it is also very good to be measured when you are directing certain epithets because you may end up in that same position."
