Members, I just want to inform the House of something because I have seen some Members who have come in about 20 minutes ago trying to raise their eyebrows so that they can catch my eye. It is only the Leader of the Majority Party and the Leader of the Minority Party who have priority in speaking regardless of the time they arrive in the Chamber. You know that.
