    "content": "Next is the Member for special interests, Hon. David ole Sankok. I want to encourage some of you members, because I know you have cards please, just learn how to use them. There is an area for intervention request and another area for normal contribution request. I have seen some members who put their cards in the intervention slot when they want to contribute to debate. An example is the Member for Murang’a, who should not be doing that kind of mistake but chose to do so. I assume that you wanted to intervene on something. Let us hear Hon. Sankok."
