Opiyo says NASA garnered 8.7 million, where did he get the figures from? No, no, no. We cannot be treated to figures that are cooked by individuals that I do not know where they get them from. There is nowhere written that Hon. Raila got 8.7 million votes. We only know that Hon. Raila got 6.2 million votes. I am on a point of order because this honourable House cannot be lied to."
