    "content": "Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to also contribute to this Motion for Adjournment. It is important for everybody to read the Constitution clearly. People should not be reading the Constitution to suit what they want. The Supreme Court talked about the rule of law and the Constitution of Kenya, and yet it forgot the most important Article in this Constitution, which is Article 1, which is the sovereignty of the people of Kenya. It is so important that I would rather all Members go and look at it. The moment people look at it, then we shall not go that way. If at the end of the day the Supreme Court decided that we will go for fresh elections, can we all go for it because the sovereignty of the people of Kenya cannot be subverted by a few people who think they must rise to power through the back door. I want to remind Members what is in that Article."
