    "content": "I would urge that we resolve that matter so that we can operate as a House. What Hon. Wamalwa has said is correct. This is a matter to do with Supplementary Estimates. It would be the desire of the House to see that both sides of the House are included and that Members actively participate in scrutinising the Supplementary Estimates while we await the formation of the Budget and Appropriations Committee.
