    "content": "in time to anticipate debate and assume tomorrow’s discussion will either be legal, illegal or touching on the Supreme Court’s ruling. I stand to support this Motion and request Members to allow this Motion to pass so that Hon. Wamalwa, a good debater on the other side, gets a chance. But for a Member to imagine that he can read the minds of the Members on this side, that is improper. Otherwise, I support and ask us to allow for a sitting tomorrow morning."
