    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Jessica. Congratulations for being appointed and approved by the House to serve on the Chairman’s Panel. That is why Jubilee is good. We saw the talent in you, which your coalition did not see. We saw the talent in Jessica. Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for appointing Jessica and Hon. Omulele. Jubilee sees talent even in the Opposition. The Opposition does not see such talent in their midst. Another purpose of this Report is to direct the CS for Foreign Affairs to deposit the instruments of ratification with the African Union (AU) as provided in one of the recommendations. The last recommendation was to direct the CS for the National Treasury to avail the funds for Kenya’s annual subscription in the NBI. You can see three key recommendations. The first one telling the National Treasury to fulfil the obligations of Kenya in paying the subscription. The second one is asking the CS for Foreign Affairs to deposit these instruments with the AU. The third recommendation is the one that will build confidence among the member states through various regional platforms. I have finished."
