    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, you know as well as I do that the production of a copy of the cheque or a cashed cheque in the bank does not necessarily necessitate that he, himself, cashed that cheque. That is why I was asking from the outset that we do a forensic audit on those cheques that were purportedly written to this man. This man is suffering and he needs cash. I would really appreciate if the hon. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government can take this issue seriously because this is just one of the many members of this country who are suffering."
