    "content": "Allow me to remind you that the Kenyan Vision 2030, which is the country’s development blueprint, aims at transforming Kenya into a new industrialised middle-income country providing high quality of life. Under Article 43 of the Constitution, my constituents and, indeed, all Kenyans, have an inalienable right to the highest attainable standards of health, housing, freedom from hunger, right to adequate food, clean and safe water, social security and education. We, therefore, have an obligation to make an impactful contribution to attain the Vision, especially in historically marginalised constituencies. I look forward to the rest of the term in this House to do whatever that is required of me as a Member of Parliament and as a leader in my community to ensure that the fundamental rights guaranteed by our Constitution are realised and that they are not crumpled by mismanagement of public funds."
