    "content": "We have a problem because, at times, when our tourist caravans cross to other partner state’s side, they do not get the same treatment that we give them from our end. So, ratifying this Protocol will give reassurances with regard to the extent of operations among partner states. It will remove suspicion on trade issues now that it is coming soon after the ratification of the Common Market Protocol."
