I stand to contribute to this Motion on approval of the protocol to operationalize the extended jurisdiction of the East African Court of Justice. The confusion came when the Leader of the Majority Party was moving the Motion. He requested the Speaker to allow him to start with Order No.10 and not Order No.9 and the Speaker approved it. That is where the confusion could have started."
