Because of certain problems, they were not able to come out with their monies from some countries that I would not like to mention on the Floor of this House. Putting those dispute resolution mechanisms in place is important. Somebody like my neighbour who has suffered will not suffer because there will be a mechanism in place that will address his needs and the problems he is facing. We have a global interest. It is not only East Africa. Because this particular Protocol covers EA, I wish to support and say that this is one of the protocols that will safeguard the interests of the people of Kenya, particularly in terms of trade and investment.
