    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. First let me congratulate you for being appointed in the Speaker’s Panel. Secondly, I take this opportunity to give my maiden speech and thank the people of Lafey for electing me to this House. For sure I will speak on their behalf. I support this Motion. Section 8 says that it provides for the privileges and immunities of persons employed in the service of the community with respect to immunity of the civil servants.
