    "content": "I want Members, business leaders, the clergy and everybody else to read this Bill. I want to go on record to warn those who are out there opposing the amendments to this Bill and yet they have not read it. There is no single section in this Bill which talks about the Judiciary or the Supreme Court. I dare anybody either watching me on television or sitting in this House to show me where we are curtailing…The functions and independence of the Judiciary is well anchored in the Constitution. As a member of Jubilee and the Member of Parliament for Garissa Township, I will be the first one to stand and defend the independence of any institution, including the Judiciary."
